Customer Service Representative
Our partner is an electrical company. We are looking for CSR in the customer service with native Polish, Hungarian and German languages.
Tasks:
- answering e-mails
- inbound phone calls
- CRM system notes
Requirement
- good technical and IT sense and usage
- at least secondary school level
- native or fluent spoken languages above
- basic English (for CRM system)
