Kontaktia Service and Consulting Ltd. was founded in 2008, more than 10 years professional experiences behind us: service marketing, customer care, sales and direct marketing fields.


Kontaktia means "The country of the contacts".  Where the life of the citizens (colleagues) focused on the only target: how can we find, get to knos, help, serve and ask the customers/consumers/partners our client wants to find, know, help, serve and ask.


Our core business is the business communication and customer contact services: we are performing marketing researches, telemarketing and telesales activities and provice customer service.

In the Kontaktia Contact Centre we are handling channels as phone, sms, telefax, post boxes and online equipments (e-mail, chat, social media) for our clients. We supply back office tasks, too. We use our own work flow system for this work.

 

Our marketing experts support the client marketing activities: research, analyse, plan, give advice, make marketing strategy and run everyday marketing projects as well. Just like an outsourced marketing manager or assistant.

Our clients' needs as far as human tasks, we also provide assistance, based on our experience we support our clients' team be it customer service staff, vendors, selection and preparation procedures.

So Kontaktia is not only an implementor, but the intelligent partner, who can help you and support you breathing with your business.
